Droste chocolate is made in about the only remaining large chocolate factory in the Netherlands. There the chocolate is still made entirely by yourself, as it should be. Droste mixes the ingredients for the chocolate for a long time at much lower temperatures than most other large chocolate makers. As a result, many more of the original taste elements are retained and droste gets its own characteristic taste.
100% certified, sustainable cocoa (Rainforest Alliance). Milk chocolate with at least 35% cocoa solids.
